Healthy Minds 4 Men

Healthy Minds 4 Men is a Men’s Mental Health/Suicide Prevention Course tailored to address the psychological, emotional, and social challenges faced by men. The program’s core aim is to provide a safe, stigma-free environment where men can engage in emotional exploration, vulnerability, mental health education, and peer support.

Recent data shows that men are significantly more likely to die by suicide, while also being less likely to access mental health services. In 2022, men represented 75% of all suicide deaths in Canada, with 2,686 male suicides out of 3,589 total.  This program is intended to respond directly to this demographic with an evidence-informed, male-centered approach to suicide prevention/life promotion and mental health support.

Healthy Minds 4 Men is offered in (4) 2-hour seminars – join them all or just what interests you!
