Who We Serve:
Anyone in Windsor-Essex who does not currently have a family doctor or a nurse practitioner.
Who You’ll See:
The CMHA Health Centre has an integrated health team of nurse practitioners, physicians, registered nurses, physiotherapy, dietitian, massage, foot care, and preventative care.
Hours of Operation
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
Tuesday and Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
