What is Living Life to the Full?
- This course is based on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) principles and provides people with tools to reduce stress and worry, to boost mood, improve motivation and problem solving skills, by identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
- It is 12 hours of interactive education sessions facilitated over 4, 6 or 8 weeks (90 minute or 3 hour sessions per week)
- It is available virtually or in-person, delivered in a group format led by a certified instructor
- The course content is supported by a set of 9 booklets and handouts, used one by one in sessions

- Stress management
- Problem solving
- Self-confidence
- Motivation
- Dealing with unhelpful thoughts
- Anger management
Who can join a Living Life to the Full course?
- Almost anyone, aged 18 years and older
- No screening or referral needed
- Many participants experience mild-to-moderate symptoms of depression, low mood, stress or anxiety, or are going through some life transitions
Who is this course not suitable for?
- Anyone currently experiencing acute thoughts of suicide or having thoughts of harming themselves or others, symptoms of acute traumatic stress, or those seeking group-based therapy or support groups.
