In partnership with the Community Support Centre of Essex County, we are offering grief support sessions in Lakeshore and Essex. Designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for those who are navigating the difficult journey of grief.

November 12 – Navigating the Holiday Season
November 19 – Tasks of Mourning, Handling Significant Dates, Taking Care of Myself
December 3 – Dynamics of Life: Uncertainties and Challenges
December 10 – Meaning Making, Moving Forward in this Growth Journey
