EDUCATION: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group
This 5-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) group is designed for individuals experiencing anxiety and/or depression who want to learn practical tools to improve mood, manage stress, and build healthier thinking and coping patterns.
Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to better understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, while developing skills to support emotional wellness.

• Introduction to graded exposure
Session 3 – Understanding Thoughts

Session 4 – Coping Skills
• Calming techniques
• Active coping strategies
• Flashcards and imagery
• Responsibility pie and cognitive continuum
