Focused Recovery Program -Low German-speaking Mennonite Program

The program provides outreach, referral assistance and case management services to adults with mental illness in the Low German-speaking Mennonite community. Support is available in Low German and is culturally-specific to this community. Promotes independence and improves quality of life for persons in this diverse population.

Eligibility
Individuals residing in Windsor-Essex County, over 16 years of age, who have been diagnosed with mental illness and who belong to the Low German Speaking Mennonite community
How To Access The Service
Referrals come from a variety of sources including doctors, hospitals, family members, other community agencies and self-referrals. Please contact CMHA-WECB at (519) 255-7440 for information.

Service Hours
The regular business hours are 8:30 to 4:30 at the agency, Monday to Friday. Services are available until 8:00 pm, Monday to Thursday by appointment.
