How to Access:

Call 519-255-9940 ext. 249 and book an appointment.
Visit www.windsoressex.cmha.ca and fill out the Ocean e-referral form. A Coordinated Access worker will contact you to book an appointment.
Walk-in at the CMHA-WECB main office (1400 Windsor Ave.) Monday-Friday between 8:30am – 4:30pm to speak to a Coordinated Access worker directly.
Evening in-person or phone appointments can be scheduled – please contact Coordinated Access directly. (Evening appointments are located offsite at 1030 Ouellette Ave. at the Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus (MHAUCC).

Program Overview:

Coordinated Access offers a “no wrong door” entry point for mental health and addictions support. We help individuals understand their needs and connect them with the right services within CMHA-WECB or the community. Services include:

Information & Referral
Mental health/addiction education
Comprehensive assessments
Crisis planning & intervention
Person-centered planning
Supportive counselling
Advocacy & navigation support
