Course Overview

In this course, students will learn the value of social connections and explore ways to become a better communicator. We will also explore the importance of language in mental health as well as in gender expression. Students will participate in exercises that will help them practice communication and connection tools. Finally, we will discuss social media and its role in connecting with others, as well as when it becomes a problem.
