ConnexOntario now offers a text line as a fast and convenient way to reach out for mental health and addiction service information. Ontarians can text CONNEX to 247247 to connect with a system navigation specialist, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A significant barrier to treatment for those who need help is not knowing how to get it. In addition to Connex’s existing call, chat and email services, the text line is another way that ConnexOntario supports the people of Ontario in navigating the system to discover the options available.
ConnexOntario serves as a 24/7 connection point for mental health, addiction, and problem gambling services for Ontarians.
