Healthy Minds 4 Life

Healthy Minds 4 Life is a comprehensive 4-week program designed to provide mental health education and evidence-based strategies for individual wellness within the community. Delivered through a hybrid virtual/in-person model, each weekly session includes informative topics such as recognizing mental health, cultivating positivity, supporting families and caregivers, managing anxiety, and identifying depression. Through these sessions, participants gain practical tools to improve emotional well-being and foster better mental health in their daily lives. The series aims to build a more supportive, informed community around mental health.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain a foundational understanding of mental health and its impact.
- Learn practical strategies for promoting positivity and self-awareness.
- Develop tools for managing anxiety and building resilience.
- Identify and understand the signs of depression.
- Build confidence in addressing mental health challenges within yourself and your community.
This free program is designed to empower participants with knowledge and actionable skills to improve mental well-being in everyday life.
