Course Overview
The holiday season is often a difficult time for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, as well as other losses and changes.
While the holiday season after a loved one’s death can be especially painful, no matter how long ago your loved one died, sadness is normal and your feelings of sorrow and pain are unavoidable.
This seminar will provide education and information in regards to grief and loss, as well as suggestions on how you can give yourself and those around you more compassion and kindness.
Discussion will occur regarding the benefits of leaning into our feelings of grief, and examples will be offered about how you may choose to adapt and do things differently this year.
