This bite size course will take a look at the different dimensions of Wellness and how it affects our daily lives. This course will provide information on the Dimensions of Wellness, Self-Care, Stress and the Development of Wellness plans. There will be opportunities for discussion amongst peers and students in a safe and confidential setting.
