Ride Don’t Hide is going virtual for 2020. In a time of unprecedented uncertainty, stress, anxiety and physical distancing, we all need connection to and support from our communities now more than ever.
Show everyone that even though we’re apart right now, they’re not alone in dealing with their mental health. Join us for Ride Don’t Hide, Virtually to bring mental health into the open, wherever you are.
Ride Don’t Hide, Virtually is your ride, your way. Ride outside, ride inside, or ride in spirit. Ride – or spin, walk, run, do yoga, dance in your kitchen, meditate, garden, whatever takes care of your physical and mental health – and raise funds to support mental health programs and services.
Get outside and feel the wind on your face. Cycling and fresh air are good for anyone’s mental and physical health. Ride—or run, walk, hike, you name it—anytime, anywhere, as long or as little as you like, just be sure to follow the recommendations from public health authorities, which may change on a day-to-day basis.
Spin and sweat it out on a stationary cycle or find other ways to move your body indoors. Spin, run on the treadmill, run the stairs. Set your goal and work towards it daily.

No bike? No problem! You can Ride in Spirit by practicing yoga, meditating, dancing, journaling, baking, knitting, reading… Set a mental or physical health goal and work towards it every day.
