Follow your friends on Kilter, watch their progress, and send them encouragements! Just simply click on their name within the Miles For Meaning leaderboard, hit follow, and you’ll see their exercises and activities begin to populate in the CONNECTIONS tab within the FEED from the bottom menu bar.
Once in the CONNECTIONS tab, be sure to hit that LIKE button on your friend’s activities! Click the Kilter rocks logo on the activity card to let them know that you think they ROCK!
