Living Life to the Full is being offered as a 4-part workshop based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles and provides people with tools to reduce stress and worry, to boost mood, improve motivation and problem solving skills, by identifying unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
Topics include:
- Stress management
- Problem solving
- Self-confidence
- Motivation
- Dealing with unhelpful thoughts
- Anger management
